This website (moldura.art.br) belongs to Moldura, a website studio for artists based in Teresina-PI, Brazil, which is the controller of the personal data collected here under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 – LGPD). This policy explains what data we collect, why we use it and what your rights are.

1. Data we collect

  • Contact form: name, email, WhatsApp (optional) and the content of your message.

  • WhatsApp or email contact: any information you share with us through these channels, including photos and texts sent to build your website.

  • Browsing data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and date and time of access, collected automatically by the website platform and by cookies.

This website does not sell products and does not collect payment information.

2. How we use your data

  • To reply to messages and prepare quotes.

  • To build, publish and maintain the website you hire us for, using the materials you send.

  • To keep the website secure and running and to produce aggregated visitor statistics.

The legal bases are consent (when you send a message), performance of a contract and pre-contractual steps (quote and website creation) and legitimate interest (website security and statistics), under Article 7 of the LGPD.
